Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beaut-Chi. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure we can provide the highest quality service to all of our clients.

1. Booking and Deposits

• Booking Fees: For any treatments scheduled for a duration longer than 30 minutes, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot.

• Payment: This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

• Outstanding Balances: Any fees owed from previous late cancellations or missed appointments must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens; however, to ensure the best allocation of our time to meet all client requirements, we strictly enforce the following:

• Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Reduction of Time: If you wish to reduce the duration of a booked service (e.g., changing from a 60-minute to a 30-minute treatment), you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late Notice Fees: Appointments cancelled or time reduced with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 65% of the original booking cost.

3. No-Shows and Missed Appointments

• Standard Bookings: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“No-Show”), you will be charged 65% of the original booking cost.

• Gift Vouchers: If an appointment booked using a gift voucher is missed without 24 hours’ notice, the voucher will be forfeited and rendered void.

4. Arrival and Late Starts

• We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

• The full cost of the original service booked will still apply, regardless of the shortened duration due to late arrival.

5. Professional Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior or fails to comply with our booking policies.
